I ordered these as I was low on vitamin C and wanted to take something that I trusted and as I already use Dr Mark’s other products I decided to try this one.

They are very small so easy to swallow and I think having taken these it has avoided my cold turning into a chest infection which could often happen with the asthma that I have so I will continue to take these through the winter months and recommend them to other people.

Dr. Marks is a product you can trust and that’s the reason I take them and only recommend them to friends and family.

I ordered these for an older lady at my church who was struggling with restless legs & sleep issues. She had tried other vitamins & drugs from the Dr but to no avail so I suggested she tried these as they work for me. They have worked amazingly & in her own words Dr Marks are brilliant for designing something so good & she will never use anything else going forward.

Have ordered this product twice now and it is a great supplement as includes the Alfafa and K2. Recomended to me by my a lady that I have Bowens with and uses the Qest4 machine. I work from home most of the time so don't see enough daylight. Great to take year round too, very happy customer.

I choose Dcmarks for many reasons but for me, I needed a VitC to support collagen intake and although it’s early days I do really think these have made a huge difference and I will certainly continue taking them..

I was told by my Dr that I was low on B12 & having recently started the menopause I was feeling tired all the time, since taking these I feel more energised & focused during the day. I would not recommend any other vitamins but Dr Marks as these really work & don’t contain harmful binding agents or fillers like a lot of vitamins do.

After a recommendation from a friend I tried this multi vitamin and must say that my nails and hair seem healthier and after 3 months feel less tired and generally well in myself. Would recommend!
