The tablets are a good size, long rather than round which is a lot easier to swallow. They have the different kind of b12 so it'll definitely work. Some people can't absorb one, so hopefully the other works for them. I'll buy these again

Recommend these, taste a bit funky especially early pregnancy they were hard to keep down but I've taken for conception and during my pregnancy so far and they seem to be helping and giving me everything I need. I've taken others before but really like these ones for health benefits.

I've been taking vitamin tablets for several years now. But since i discovered Dr Marks products i find it beneficial for my needs because the correct amount of supplements is used with no additives or fillers.

Me, my husband, my sister all use Dr Marks products. We tried other brands and we can feel a difference with these. We used to take the multi vits for men and for women, but now take these. They smell and taste a bit yuck, but they really help and the 3 for 2 makes them really good value. I'd never recomend any other brand.

It’s hard to find supplements at proper doses with so many companies offer substandard doses that won’t help!! Plus these guys don’t add all the rubbish with other brands like fillers! Thanks.
