Refund policy
- You can return any item to us for a refund as long as it is unused with the pouch still sealed, and within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

You must notify us of the reason for the return at: info@drmarks.co.uk.

Once the product has been opened we are unable to offer a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty or damaged.

You will need to send the return items by recorded mail or a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.

Wrap the items securely with all accompanying documentation and send to the following address: Dr Marks Ltd, Quayside Medical Practice, Ashton Road West, Failsworth, M35 0AD.

We will notify you via email, if applicable, when we have processed your refund.

Cancellations

Under UK law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item, within 7 working days from the item delivery to you. We regret we cannot accept cancellations of orders, for the purchase of products, where the item has been opened.
