Refund policy

  • You can return any item to us for a refund as long as it is unused with the pouch still sealed, and within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
  • You must notify us of the reason for the return at: info@drmarks.co.uk.

  • Once the product has been opened we are unable to offer a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty or damaged.

  • You will need to send the return items by recorded mail or a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.

  • Wrap the items securely with all accompanying documentation and send  to the following address: Dr Marks Ltd, Quayside Medical Practice, Ashton Road West, Failsworth, M35 0AD.

  • We will notify you via email, if applicable, when we have processed your refund.

  • If your product or parcel is damaged, please contact us at: info@drmarks.co.uk within 2 working days of receiving your order.

  • Any questions or issues with your order please contact us at: info@drmarks.co.uk and we will do everything we can to help.

Cancellations

  • Under UK law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item, within 7 working days from the item delivery to you. We regret we cannot accept cancellations of orders, for the purchase of products, where the item has been opened.
