Our capsule are 100% plant based.

We recommend taking our supplements with a meal and not on an empty stomach.

Anytime is fine as long as you take it… Find a routine that works for you. Set a reminder on your phone or place somewhere convenient like by the kettle for a morning brew. Please remember to keep all supplements out of sight and reach of
children.

Capsules are usually more expensive to make but we wanted to give our customers a better quality and easier to swallow supplement.

Even if you do not buy from us, please don't purchase tablets they need a lot of chemicals to bind them together.

We know that many supplements are very big and as a result are difficult to swallow. Our formulas have been designed around keeping the capsule as small as possible and that’s why you’ll find our capsule significantly smaller than the majority of other products.

All of our capsules are size 0.

We use UK based companies, and believe in supporting the UK economy.

All of our products are suitable for vegetarians. Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer supplements suitable for vegans but we hope to do so in the near future.

Yes. In fact, we avoid anything unnecessary and our manufacturer specialises in vitamins & minerals which means there is no cross contamination.

We always recommend checking with a Doctor before taking any medication or supplement if you have allergies.

Our supplements are all manufactured in a specialised facility that does not contain food products and adheres to strict health & safety and hygiene standards. This means it is unlikely to cause problems if you have a common allergy but please check with your Doctor or Pharmacist.

Yes. We do not support or condone testing on animals.

Orders

We can accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro. We can also accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay for more convenience.

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible and usually within 24 hours of receiving your order. Standard delivery is 2nd Class Royal Mail and usually takes 2-3 days. Please allow up to 5 days to receive your delivery unless you have selected an upgraded delivery option.

Because we dispatch our products so quickly, we unfortunately cannot process changes or accept cancelation of your order.

If your product is faulty or damaged then please contact us. We cannot accept returns for other reasons.

If your product is faulty or damaged and you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, we will arrange for your product to be returned and reviewed. Following a satisfactory analysis of the product, a refund will be issued to the purchase card used to make the original order.
