Shipping policy

Please allow AT LEAST 3-4 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch.

Unless an upgraded delivery method is selected no tracking details are available.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within the same working day if the item is in stock.

Please note that Dr Marks do not dispatch on UK public holidays, and there may be a backlog of orders after a holiday date causing your package to take an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

Where next day delivery is selected we cannot guarantee it will arrive within that time frame. If you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact us.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable because they have been refused, unclaimed or the delivery address is incorrect. If this happens you are able to get the package resent. If you no longer require the package, the value of the items contained will be refunded, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return the package to us. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded.

If the parcel is unable to be delivered through the letterbox or left in a safe place, a card may be left asking you to collect from the Royal Mail sorting office.
