Step 1 · How Our Range Works Together

3 Simple Steps to Choosing Your Supplements

Every Dr Marks formula is designed by practising UK GPs so you can start with one pouch or combine them within UK EVM and European guidance levels when used as directed, without overlapping mega-doses.

1

Start with One Daily Multivitamin Foundation

Rather than guessing at single vitamins, most adults do best starting with a complete daily multivitamin matched to their stage of life (Men's, Women's, Over 50s, or Pregnancy), plus daily Vitamin D in autumn and winter.

2

Add Targeted Pouches for Specific Goals

Because our multivitamins use balanced everyday levels, you can pair targeted pouches where your body needs more:

  • Triple Magnesium: Evening muscle, sleep & nervous system support
  • Omega-3 Fish Oil: Daily EPA & DHA (2 softgels daily) for heart, brain & vision
  • Triple B12 / B-Complex / Vit C: Extra support for energy & immunity

Even If You Don't Buy From Us — 3 Things to Check on Any Label

If you choose not to buy from Dr Marks, that's completely fine. Here are the three things our GPs recommend checking before buying any high-street or online supplement:

1. Check the Form, Not Just the Front Label

Look for nutrient forms absorbed more effectively (bioavailable) and easier for your body to use (chelated) — such as Magnesium Bisglycinate instead of cheap Magnesium Oxide, and Methylcobalamin B12 instead of Cyanocobalamin.

2. Avoid Unnecessary Tablet Binders & Glazes

Hard-pressed high-street tablets often rely on synthetic tablet binders, glazes, and talc to hold their shape. Smooth plant-based capsules (HPMC) hold pure active nutrients without synthetic glues.

3. Check Dosage & Prescription Timing

Look for meaningful daily amounts safely dosed for everyday use (within UK EVM and European UK EVM and EFSA upper guidance levels), and always check if minerals like Iron, Calcium, or Magnesium need 2–4 hours spacing from your regular prescriptions.

Step 3 · Personalised GP Tool

Want a Tailored Recommendation in 60 Seconds?

Answer 5 quick questions about your energy, sleep, diet, and health goals to see which foundation, add-on pouch, or value bundle fits you best.
