I use this fish oil to help my joints and heart function as I am elderly and cannot always get sufficient Omega 3 in my diet.I switched to this from a more expensive one and find it does the job . I know how to open my gullet when swallowing so it isn’t a problem for me , however this may not be the case for everyone, as the pills are large , but they are also soft which adds extra ease in swallowing.
