Multivitamins for Him is our daily multivitamin for men, built around energy metabolism, immune support and the nutrients men are typically short on, with a lower iron dose suited to men. Formulated by GPs.

  • Vitamin B6 (P5P), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and folate (methylfolate) — vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism; vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
  • Iron kept sensible (9mg, 64% NRV) — iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
  • Vitamin D3 (25µg, 500% NRV) and K2 (75µg) — vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system; vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
