Multivitamins for Her is our daily multivitamin for women, built around the nutrients women most commonly run low on — iron, iodine, folate and the B-vitamins — at meaningful doses. Formulated by GPs.
Key Benefits

- Folate as active methylfolate (5-MTHF) — contributes to normal blood formation, the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Iodine (187.5µg, 125% NRV) — contributes to normal thyroid function and normal cognitive function.
- Biotin (200µg, 400% NRV) — contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, and normal energy-yielding metabolism.
