Three forms of vitamin B12 in one daily capsule, formulated by practising NHS GPs.
Why three forms?
Dr Marks Triple B12 combines methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin and cyanocobalamin. Methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin are the two forms of B12 the body uses directly, and cyanocobalamin is the stable, well-studied form used in most research.
